Job Description: Qualifications & Experience: Required: ▸ 15+ years of progressive experience in CRM strategy, MarTech consulting , customer engagement, or enterprise marketing technology leadership ▸ Proven track record of leading and winning complex enterprise RFPs in excess of $3M-$5M TCV, ideally in a consulting or agency context ▸ Deep, hands-on expertise in two or more major CEP platforms - particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Braze, and/or Adobe Experience Platform / Adobe Campaign ▸ Demonstrated knowledge of CDP platforms - including Tealium, Segment, mParticle, Adobe AEP, or equivalent - and their role in enterprise customer data architectures ▸ Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategy, segmentation design, personalization frameworks, and cross-channel journey orchestration ▸ Experience integrating CRM and MarTech platforms with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics), data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery), and identity resolution tools ▸ Outstanding executive presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills - able to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences ▸ Experience leading or mentoring cross-functional teams in a consulting, agency, or in-house enterprise environment ▸ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline Preferred ▸ MBA or Master's degree in Marketing Technology, Data Science, Business, or a related field ▸ Prior experience in a media agency, marketing technology consultancy, or CRM-focused professional services firm ▸ Platform certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Braze Certified Practitioner, Adobe Certified Expert (AEP or Campaign), or equivalent ▸ Hands-on experience with AI/ML personalization tools and real-time decisioning platforms (e.g., Pega, Optimizely, Dynamic Yield) ▸ Familiarity with identity resolution solutions (e.g., LiveRamp, Merkury, Acxiom) and their application within enterprise CRM stacks ▸ Exposure to loyalty program design, CLV modeling, and propensity-based segmentation strategies ▸ Active network within the Dentsu competitive landscape, enterprise MarTech vendor community, or enterprise marketing leadership circles Location: DGS India - Bengaluru - Manyata N1 Block Brand: Merkle Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent
