Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Business related discipline, preferably with Finance and/or Accounting major.
• 1-3 years' experience as a research associate or a related industry. Eg Candidates with Big 4 accounting/audit experience.
• Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills and a good understanding of financial modelling.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Adept at generating powerpoint presentations.
• Excellent interpersonal sensitivity.
• Excellent communication, relationship and management skills to both internal and external clients.
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English.

Job Description We are looking for a research associate who is keen to develop a long term career as an equity analyst. Key Areas of Responsibilities Assist Senior Analysts and Head of Research on specific research projects, including surveys; Constructing and maintaining Excel models; Compiling morning pack and reports for morning meetings; Collect data and compile answers for client requests; Keep abreast of industry best practices, new research tools, and market developments; Participate in internal meetings to discuss research findings and strategy; Maintain database of economic and industrial data; and Accompany clients on visits and produce notes on all visits.
