Logistics Officer

Responsibilities

• Count and verify quantities of cargo for import and export containers to ensure accuracy
• Report damaged cargo by documenting with photos for timely resolution
• Update inventory records in the system and prepare simple reports to maintain accurate stock information
• Assist managers in supervising and coordinating a small team of warehouse staff to support daily operations
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support warehouse functions
• Required competencies and certifications
• Minimum Secondary Education with relevant work experience
• Ability to read and write simple English for effective communication and reporting
• Willingness to commit to shift work arrangements as required
• Ability to commence work immediately or on short notice
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Forklift license (preferred but not essential for core duties)
