Sr.Hardware Engineer_EM

Responsibilities

• Design of competitive topology and HW architecture for power electronic products
• Design of power circuit, including magnetic components simulation and paramter setting
• Desing of control circuit (μC interface definition, power supply, sampling circuit, monitoring circuit, etc...), output HSI(Hardware software interface)
• Perform electric circuit simulation, support layout check, e-part selection and release support.
• Maintain e-BOM
• Perform HW test (PCBA function test, RT test, thermal test support, EMC optimize test)
• Support EOL PAV
• Responsible for FAM, FMEA, FMEDA (ASIL C related)
• lead HW relevent troubleshooting with 8D method
• interaction with mechanic design and software design

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation, or Measurement and Control Technology and Instruments
• >5 years of experience in Automotive power electronic HW development, and have fully led the development of at least 2 generations of DCDC converter products
• Familiar with various topologies of automotive DCDC converters and current mainstream trends; proficient in power supply product development and power path design
• Familiar with the simulation and selection of magnetic components
