Responsibilities
- Embedded within the senior leadership team of one or more lines of business, HRBPs are accountable for leading and delivering strategic talent initiatives, including:
- Strategic workforce planning, including succession planning
- Proactive recruitment and retention strategies
- Organizational design and development
- Employment risk management, including employee relations strategies
- Data and trend analysis to incorporate within strategic decisions and talent plans
- Foundational Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) practices

- Develop data-driven, innovative and creative solutions with a willingness to push and challenge for transformative work
- Lead Card Channels-wide HR project work, partnering with peers within Channels and across the Card organization
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 5 years of client facing experience OR at least 5 years of consulting experience OR a combination
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- MBA or Master's degree
- Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification
- 7+ years of client facing experience or 7+ years of consulting experience or a combination
- 6+ years of experience in in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting

- McLean, VA: $177,700 - $202,800 for Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner
- Richmond, VA: $161,500 - $184,300 for Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner
- Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
- This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives
