Key Duties/Responsibilities: - Engage customers following our service model . - Support a culture of exceptional customer service and win customers for life by exceeding their expectations. - Play your part in creating a safe and compliant operating environment for all colleagues and customers. - Keep up to date with product knowledge training to pass on up to date information to customers to support their buying decisions. - Follow processes and policies in line with expectations.
