- Communicate daily with buyers, suppliers, and surveyors to ensure documentation requirements are met and issues are resolved quickly.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, and Finance) to align documentation with physical trade flows.
- Compliance &Regulatory Oversight
- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, Sanctions/AML screenings, and Incoterms 2020.
- Verify HS Codes and duty implications for various commodities.
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education
- Diploma in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
Requirements
- 2-5 years in trade documentation or export/import operations, experience in commodities like CPO is preferred.
- Technical Knowledge
- Deep understanding of UCP 600, Incoterms, and LC negotiation.
- Software
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo).
- Soft Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, ability to work under tight shipping deadlines, and strong cross-cultural communication skills.

- Primarily office-based.
