Apprentice Eligibility Candidates must not be already registered on the NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) portal as apprentices Candidates should not have an active UAN/PF account The Team: Different teams under Enterprise Solutions include Loan Platforms, MI Corporate Actions, WSO Operations, Compliance Services, Middle Office, Tax Solutions, KYC Managed Service, Cappitech (MI), Business Performance Strategy, KYC Managed Service, Customer Excellenceand many more. Responsibilities (Cited below is a gist of the responsibilities for a few teams only from the above team list for reference) Loan Platforms: General support of the Platforms. New user onboarding, account maintenance, resolution of client issues or questions, and provide walk throughs on how to operate within the platform. Creation and maintenance of entity identifiers. Analysis of client administrative details and tax form. Managed Services: This role involves managing large project implementations, requiring a high degree of client service effort and customization. Experience in KYC Onboarding and Remediation (Full Review, Risk Assessment), Outreach to clients, and Screening (Alert disposition on entitles and related parties) with a demonstrated track record supporting international clients WSO Operations: Support the processing and maintenance of structured finance transactions, including loans, bonds, asset-backed securities, equities, and derivatives, by accurately updating and validating data in internal systems MI Corporate Actions: Review corporate action announcements and conduct research to obtain details needed to validate and complete announcements for publication of composite records to clients. Conduct research using various sources, including but not limited to prospectuses, information circulars, exchanges and bulletins, and company websites to thoroughly source and validate corporate action information CTI Tax: Successful candidates will assume a role in a team managing tax document validation review, account remediation and other client back-office functions related to U.S. and foreign tax documentation requirements. Middle Office: The goal of a Middle Office Analyst is to oversee Trade Settlement client relationships. Provide excellent customer service and loan settlement services to our growing client base while adhering to strict deadlines and targets given. The position offers exposure to external industry entities such as portfolio managers, custodians, and agent banks Basic Required Qualifications: Fresher 2025 or 2026 passout : B. Com/BBA/B.A Economics (Finance Major preferred) Strong verbal and written communications skills Candidates must be willing to work on a rotational shift including night/evening shift basis the business requirement ( 8 Am to 5 Pm / 12 Pm to 9 Pm / 2 Pm to 11 Pm) Few teams have requirement of permanent night shift (6:30 Pm to 3:30 Am / 7 Pm to 4 Pm / 7:30 Pm to 4:30 AM / 8 Pm to 5 Am) Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Proficiency PC skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel Additional Preferred Qualifications (Below preferred requirement will vary from team to team): Knowledge of data reconciliation, financial operations, or loan markets is a plus. Exposure to WSO or similar financial systems is preferred Corporate KYC and AML Compliance Understanding of the trade lifecycle for major financial asset classes across securities, exchange-traded, and OTC derivatives Should have a fair understanding how syndication of the loan industry works.
