Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets
• Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and operational standards
• Handle customer feedback and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Ensure proper use of BeauteSoft for appointments, billing, and customer records
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in beauty, wellness, retail, or related industry
• At least 1 year of management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills
• Familiar with BeauteSoft is an advantage
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
