Responsibilities

  • Co‑conducting technical training sessions for the products listed above (training Center, Lely Center, or end‑customer locations).
  • Preparing training and informational materials.
  • Participating in the 24/7 remote Technical Support Center.

  • Technical education in Automation & Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Up-to-date technical and practical knowledge of agriculture, preferably within dairy production is an advantage.
  • Valid Category B driving licence.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and electrical schematics.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Ability to work independently with a structured and proactive approach.
  • Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • English proficiency at a minimum of B1 level.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Our team supports all Lely products, including equipment for automated barn‑environment management, systems handling organic materials, and other technologies that help our customers streamline daily farm operations.
