Senior Payroll Executive (Construction Industry / Central West)

About the role

Process monthly payroll for staff and workers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory and company requirements. Compile and verify payroll data, including attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing within stipulated deadlines. Prepare and distribute payslips, payroll reports, and related summaries. Handle statutory submissions and payments, including CPF, IRAS, and other regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data. Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries. Liaise with HR, project teams, and other departments to ensure payroll data accuracy and efficient issue resolution. Support payroll-related audits, reconciliations, and internal compliance reviews.
