This announcement is issued under the Direct Hire Authority to recruit for positions for which the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, has a critical hiring need. You must have experience performing the majority of the following duties: Direct experience in Communication Security (COMSEC) and/or Tactical Communication (TACCOM) procedures, tools, technologies, and policy implementation. Demonstrated understanding of IT and Cybersecurity theories, principles, and concepts, with the ability to independently apply and adapt them to enhance information systems security programs, policies, procedures, and tools. Experience collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement an enterprise continuity of operations program or strategy and ensuring mission assurance. Direct experience in Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to users of classified communications systems and develop training materials for COMSEC equipment and users.
