Responsibilities
- Run monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes in close collaboration with company management and controlling.
- Create and deliver accurate financial reports and relevant KPIs to company management.
- Report all tax-relevant information and financial transactions to Greek state authorities.
- Be actively involved in internal and external audits.
- Ensure full compliance with Greek legislation and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
- Safeguard segregation of duties within the accounting function.

Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant working experience in accounting is a must
- Solid knowledge of Greek accounting legislation and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
- Hands-on experience with SAP (preferably)
- Experience in digital transformation or paperless accounting initiatives is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
- Experience in audit processes and tax reporting
- The position offers a base compensation of 1600 - 1800 EUR monthly. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
