WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Support the day‑to‑day financial project operations of a large, multi‑country transformation project under the guidance of the Finance Project Manager Assist in the preparation, collection and initial review of financial reporting packs received from country teams, ensuring completeness, consistency and compliance with instructions Help coordinate inputs across central and country finance teams, tracking submissions, follow‑ups and open items Maintain project tracking tools (timelines, status trackers, issue logs, action lists) and support regular progress monitoring Support the documentation of reporting assumptions, basis of preparation and methodologies used within the project Respond to routine accounting and reporting queries from country teams, escalating more complex topics to the Project Manager Assist in the preparation of project status updates, materials and summaries for internal meetings and governance forums Support collaboration with external advisors (e.g. Big 4) , including coordination of data requests and follow‑ups Contribute to audit and control‑related activities by supporting evidence gathering and documentation Provide general project and analytical support to ensure deliverables are met on time and with quality Key Stakeholders Internal: Finance Project Manager, Central Finance Teams, Country Controlling Teams, RTR Operating Centers Controls, IT and Information & Analytics teams (as required) External: Big 4 advisory / audit firms, third‑party providers (limited scope, as required) All About You Early‑career professional with a financial mindset and interest in finance and transformation projects Basic to solid understanding of financial reporting and accounting concepts , ideally with some experience in preparing or reviewing financial data Well‑organised, structured and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines Strong attention to detail combined with ability to see the broader picture Proactive, eager to learn and able to work effectively as part of a project team Good communication skills and confidence in working with stakeholders across teams Comfortable working with Excel and structured data packs; exposure to SAP or similar systems is a plus but not required Prior experience in a project, finance or controlling support role is an advantage, but not mandatory Leadership You are energized by delivering fantastic results.
