Responsibilities
- Lead key components of the month-end and quarter-end close, including preparation and review of journal entries (commissions, payroll, fringe benefits, accruals)
- Manage Open PO accrual process, including reporting, stakeholder coordination, and variance analysis
- Prepare and analyze payroll-related entries across U.S. and Canada entities, including bi-weekly processing support
- Perform account reconciliations and true-ups (vacation liabilities, commissions, Azure/vendor accruals)
- Partner with Procurement, Payroll, and SEC Reporting teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data
- Review commissions and billing data to ensure proper accounting treatment
- Support audit requests and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant public accounting experience, ideally in a multinational or tech-driven environment
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and accrual-based accounting
- Experience with payroll, commissions, and intercompany accounting
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience (Workday, Blackline preferred)
