About the role
Job Description: Ensure all structural drawings & specifications comply with project requirements.. Responsible for all technical drawings, 3D modelling, and documentation. Prepare drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary, construction, and as-built using BIM/Revit/AutoCAD. Coordinate & communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project team members. Prepare and submit drawings that comply with the Contract's guidelines. Ensure drawings and designs meet the project deadline. Space Management. Any other duties as may be assigned. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma in M&E / Engineering from recognised institutions Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in the related field. Drafting experience in M&E services is a must. Proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge of BIM/Revit MEP is an added advantage. Hardworking, willing to learn, and possessing a good work ethic. Able to work independently and with minimal supervision. Required language (English & Mandarin) to liaise with the Mandarin-speaking client.
