Summary of Position: The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) provides HR leadership and support to our US & Global Operations teams. The HRBP is a trusted advisor to leaders, providing expert HR advice and advanced solutions that enable the achievement of business strategies by leveraging effective people processes. This role drives talent, culture, change management and operational excellence for the US & Global organizations, overseeing the delivery of HR programs and services such as leadership, talent acquisition & talent management including employee development, coaching, compensation processes, performance management, organization and change management. This role will also lead Employee Relations processes and procedures to enable effective management, conflict resolution, and problem solving across these organizations.
