We are seeking a highly energetic individual who has a "can do" attitude to join our exciting outpatient healthcare company as a seasoned Contract Manager . Must be adept to regulatory private, federal & state guidelines and have knowledge and understanding of a multi-Tax ID business, The ideal candidate will be able to identify and negotiate key terms and reimbursement within a contract with an understanding of contracting within closed networks. Bachelor's degree in business/finance/Math preferred or Equivalent work experience required Minimum of 3-5 years' experience contracting experience a must. Contracting experience includes Managed Care, WC, Replacements & Auto lines of business. Prefer experience & established relationships with payors Outpatient Therapy Experience preferred Proficient in identifying, summarizing and calculating payment/reimbursement policies Advanced MS Excel, MS Access & credentialing software experience a plus Effective project management skills Critical analytical thinking, problem solving, organization and time management skills with strong attention to details. can multi-task to very unusual levels Excellent administrative, analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication and presentation skills are required All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 -$80,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
