Job Responsibilities: Assist Controllers with monthly municipal reporting, audits, and sales tax. Move bank payments on daily basis. Analyze general ledger accounts for accuracy. Collect financial data and prepare monthly combined financial statements and reports. Help with the preparation of annual budgets, updates, and strategic plans. Prepare basic financial reports in a timely and accurate manner. Some site and meeting travel.
