Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in crew management, marine HR, or a related shipping function
- Working knowledge of crewing software (e.g. Tero Marine, Danaos) and proficiency in MS Office, with familiarity in STCW and MLC 2006 regulations
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
