Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of UK and EU data protection frameworks , including GDPR, UK GDPR and DPA 2019
  • Strong experience delivering DPIAs, data flow mapping, ROPA maintenance and data subject access requests
  • Confidence advising on cross‑border data transfers, including SCCs, IDTAs, adequacy and TIAs
  • The ability to explain complex privacy concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences
  • A collaborative approach, with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively
  • Experience working with privacy management tools- OneTrust experience is a Experience in insurance, the London Market or another regulated financial services environment is advantageous-but not essential.
  • Professional privacy qualifications (such as CIPP/E or CIPM ) are welcomed but not required.
