Responsibilities
- Giving amazing customer service to our onsite operation by scanning/delivering/tracking/reporting in and outgoing business packages and mail (via UPS, USPS, Fedex, etc).
- Assisting the onsite personnel in retrieving their packages and providing records management in person, by email, by phone, or similar methods.
- Oversee the onsite business center, which may include: office supply stocking, assisting with copy/print orders, conference room setup up, pantry inventory, or light facilities.
- Serves as backup to route driving roles, which provide delivery to onsite personnel for packages, pallets, etc.
- What we need from you:
- 3+ year experience in shipping & receiving, mailroom, route driving, or similar services.
- Valid U.S. Driver's License, must be at least 25 years old to meet our standards to company car insurance, and have had license for at least 5 years.
- A positive and professional attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers.
- Previous material handling skills a plus, including ability to use motorized and manual equipment such as forklifts (in locations where they are needed), pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Ability to perform the following types of physical activities: lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull to move equipment, bend/stoop/squat/kneel, and reach above shoulders
- Background and experience working in a warehouse or loading dock environment, with exposure to varied weather conditions a plus.
