Requirements

• Associate degree / Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of Lean principles, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with cycle counting programs and physical inventory audits
• Exposure to Lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement
• Inventory Control Processes: Cycle counting, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with IATF / ISO16949 standards is an asset.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle EBS, SAP, etc.) and basic
• Quality Standards: Compliance with company and regulatory requirements

Inventory Control Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to support our electromechanical manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate inventory control and material availability. The Inventory Specialist will play a key role in optimizing inventory levels, maintaining data accuracy in the ERP system, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain. This role supports Lean manufacturing principles by ensuring accurate inventory data, reducing waste, and improving material flow. Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits to maintain data accuracy. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Generate and maintain inventory reports, metrics, and documentation. Assist in improving inventory management processes and best practices.
