Responsibilities
- Relationship Management & Success Monitoring
- Conduct regular digital check-ins to measure satisfaction, uncover friction points, and reinforce value.

- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or Marketing.
- Work Experience:
- 1-3 years in client success, digital account management, or post-sales roles.
- Experience in a SaaS or benefits environment is highly preferred.
- Skills & Certifications:
- Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM tools for pipeline and opportunity management; Salesforce knowledge is preferred.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple commercial activities simultaneously.
- Strong virtual and in-person communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
- Knowledge of full-cycle sales methodologies is considered an advantage.
- Languages:
- For global, regional, or area roles, fluency in English is required. Additional languages such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, or other relevant languages are an advantage.
