Responsibilities

- Experience managing safety programs and working knowledge of OSHA standards and compliance practices.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to drive performance, manage change, and sustain results through a team.
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Working knowledge of distribution operations, including logistics, fulfillment, and facility processes.
- Experience with RF/barcoding systems, sortation, or material handling technologies preferred.
- Ability to perform work in a distribution and office environment, including lifting up to 40 pounds and operating equipment with required training.
