Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate strategy, internal consulting, or organizational management , preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
• Strong analytical and project management skills - able to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Familiar with OKR systems, strategic frameworks, and process optimization methodologies .
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Agile mindset - proactive, execution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (primary working language) and skilled in cross-cultural collaboration.
