Responsibilities

Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to exact specifications

Following recipes and presentation standards with precision and consistency
Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

Some experience working in a professional kitchen environment
A genuine passion for food and hospitality
Experience preparing European cuisine is advantageous
Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
Confidence to work independently while knowing when to seek support
Level 2 qualification is desirable but not essential
A positive, enthusiastic, and professional approach
