Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Administration
- Manage project requests through our ticketing system and dashboard, ensuring all tasks are addressed promptly.
- Track and update project progress , ensuring information is accurate and complete .
- Identify and flag inconsistencies, errors, or missing details that could impact project delivery.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding task status and expected completion times.
- Communication & Prioritization
- Serve as a key point of contact for project support, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, ensuring internal teams and clients are kept informed of progress .
- Manage conflicting priorities , ensuring urgent tasks are addressed while maintaining overall workflow.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Generate and distribute project status reports for both internal teams and clients.
- Maintain and update project documentation to ensure process consistency and compliance.
- Utilize Excel and Word to create reports, track data, and ensure accuracy in project records.
- Quality & Process Improvement
- Work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure adherence to best practices and process guidelines .
- Help improve project efficiency by identifying and suggesting process enhancements.
- Support the team in delivering high-quality, compliant, and efficient IT projects .
