You will play a key role in shaping how our products are positioned, communicated, and adopted by healthcare professionals, patients, providers, payers, and distributors. Working closely with regional and global teams, you will translate market insights into clear go-to-market strategies, support sales effectiveness, and ensure our technologies are positioned to deliver maximum impact across the care pathway. This is a highly collaborative role with strong exposure across functions, where you will support both local market execution and broader regional product management initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product launches using structured frameworks, ensuring strong market readiness and execution
  • Develop and localise value propositions, messaging, and communication plans tailored to different customer groups
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from launch through to optimisation and retirement
  • Drive upgrade penetration strategies by identifying opportunities and implementing targeted campaigns
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform positioning, strategy, and decision-making
  • Partner with Sales, Clinical, Education, and Commercial Excellence teams to drive adoption and performance
  • Develop and co-create training materials, field plays, and sales support tools
  • Monitor product performance through KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Support local markets with implementation, alignment, and day-to-day product management activities
  • Act as a strong advocate for the CI/AI portfolio, shaping messaging and responding to competitive activity
  • Contribute to regional (EMEA) product management projects and strategic initiatives
  • About You
  • 2+ years' experience in product management, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or medical devices
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences
  • Analytical and strategic thinker, able to turn insights into actionable plans
  • Experience working across cross-functional and matrix environments
  • Ability to simplify complex or technical topics for broad audiences
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Preferred Experience
  • Experience in cochlear implants, acoustic implants, or broader hearing healthcare
  • Understanding of medical device markets, regulatory environments, and customer segments
  • Customer-facing experience (e.g. Sales or field roles)
  • Experience developing training materials and commercial support tools
