Estamos em busca de um profissional para integrar nosso time de Business Development, atuando no desenvolvimento de parcerias estratégicas e expansão de negócios no setor de turismo. Importante: A experiência prévia no setor de turismo, hotelaria, viagens, resort, timeshare ou hospitality é requisito indispensável para participação no processo seletivo. Principais responsabilidades Desenvolver e fortalecer relacionamentos comerciais com parceiros estratégicos. Identificar novas oportunidades de negócio e crescimento de mercado. Conduzir negociações comerciais e acompanhar resultados. Analisar tendências do setor e propor ações para aumentar a competitividade da empresa. Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes internas para garantir a satisfação e o sucesso dos parceiros. Requisitos obrigatórios Ensino superior completo em Turismo, Hotelaria, Administração, Marketing ou áreas correlatas. Experiência comprovada na indústria de turismo, hotelaria, viagens, resort, timeshare ou hospitalidade. Vivência em desenvolvimento de negócios, gestão de contas ou negociações comerciais. Perfil analítico e forte orientação para resultados. Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes. Diferenciais Inglês e/ou Espanhol. Pós-graduação em áreas de negócios, marketing ou finanças. Experiência prévia com timeshare, vacation ownership ou redes hoteleiras. Competências Negociação e influência. Visão estratégica de negócios. Foco no cliente. Comunicação e apresentações executivas.
