About the role

Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Conducting physical assessment evaluations to determine program or landlord compliance with HUD housing regulations; AND Analyzing physical housing assessments to ensure consistent application of standards by contractors and inspectors and making recommendations for inconsistencies; AND Managing or overseeing a team of staff members who are responsible for implementing and maintaining the proper use of funds (e.g. facility shared services lines of business, oversight of service tools, software, training, procurement, marketing customer outreach, internal controls or product development). The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Time-in-Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-15 you must have been at the GS-14 level for 52 weeks.
