Be the First to Apply Job Description Graduate Engineer TraineeWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Executive to support the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders; tracking project progress and budgets; preparing MIS reports and dashboards; supporting automation and process improvement initiatives; and ensuring timely completion of project milestones. - Support project planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring activities across assigned projects. - Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution. - Prepare project MIS reports, progress trackers, dashboards, and management presentations. - Assist in preparation, tracking, and control of project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports. - Assist in implementation and monitoring of automation-related projects and process improvements. - Track project milestones and follow up on pending action items to ensure timely completion - Conduct data analysis for project performance, cost optimization, and resource utilization. - Support site/project review meetings and prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting). - Assist in procurement coordination, invoice verification, and vendor payment tracking.
