- Strong knowledge of industry-relevant quality regulations and standards, including ISO 9001, project management, and technical knowledge relevant to Information Management.
- Exceptional communication skills with advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese to effectively collaborate with global teams and make informed decisions in challenging situations.
- Extensive experience in coordinating with service teams and logistics, alongside proficiency in quality assurance tools, defect tracking systems, and Key Performance Indicator development and monitoring.
- A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines (additional specialization or training in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or LEAN Six Sigma is preferred).
- English Fluency (C1 Level)
