Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading quality functions in a dynamic, technology-driven environment, with a proven track record in implementing and managing effective quality processes.
  • Strong knowledge of industry-relevant quality regulations and standards, including ISO 9001, project management, and technical knowledge relevant to Information Management.
  • Exceptional communication skills with advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese to effectively collaborate with global teams and make informed decisions in challenging situations.
  • Extensive experience in coordinating with service teams and logistics, alongside proficiency in quality assurance tools, defect tracking systems, and Key Performance Indicator development and monitoring.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines (additional specialization or training in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or LEAN Six Sigma is preferred).
  • English Fluency (C1 Level)
  • Portuguese (Desirable)
