Following our debut in Spring, we're building a team who will take pride in creating amazing dishes across our venues. We believe that food is more than sustenance-it's a story, an experience, and a celebration. Take pride in putting care into every plate and create experiences that bring our guests back time and time again. This is your daily contribution to turn our culinary experience into something exceptional ... Run your section smoothly during prep and service, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish; Maintain high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and organisation; Support junior chefs, sharing your knowledge and helping each other grow; Follow recipes and plating guides while also bringing your own flair to the kitchen; Work efficiently to meet prep schedules, service times, and reduce food waste; Uphold food hygiene and safety standards at all times; Communicate clearly with the team to keep service flowing seamlessly; Contribute to a positive, respectful, and supportive kitchen culture. We are looking for you - with personality and that certain something ... You have at least 1 year of experience in a Commis Chef role within a hotel operation or independent venue; You are a natural team player who can motivate others and take direction with a positive attitude; You are passionate about food, bold flavours, and delivering consistently excellent dishes; You bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to cleanliness; You understand the balance of creativity and discipline required in a professional kitchen; You communicate clearly and work well with both back and front-of-house teams; You thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep a cool head during busy services.
