PMO Analyst, Parameta Solutions

Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio-level support to the Head of Programme Management.
• Collate and maintain programme tracking materials from project leads.
• Support delivery in line with TP ICAP's project methodology and governance standards.
• Assist project managers with documentation, milestone tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and audit requirements.
• Coordinate across multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across business and technology teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and templates.
• Support data-driven decision-making through metrics and reporting dashboards.
• Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for executive reporting and governance forums.

Role Overview Support programme and project managers in the delivery of strategic initiatives across commercial, technical, and regulatory domains. This role is embedded within a fast-paced financial services environment and plays a key part in ensuring governance, coordination, and delivery discipline across the project portfolio.
