Order Management (1 year contract) #TNKC

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer and product information in internal systems
• Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics providers to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery
• Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and maintain proper records and documentation
• Support payment follow-up and coordinate local and export shipment arrangements
• Assist with customer claims and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
• Generate and maintain reports to support sales and operational activities
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
