Requirements
- Proven international leadership experience in commercial, marketing, and/or sales roles within the aesthetics industry
- Comprehensive expertise in global aesthetics and medical device markets, with a strong grasp of market trends, competitive dynamics, commercial and pricing mechanisms, regulatory frameworks, and strategic relationship management with key stakeholders and authorities
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized local or international university in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or master's degree in marketing (or equivalent) is a strong advantage
- Completion of, or active participation in, an executive leadership development program, demonstrating advanced capabilities in leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making
- Demonstrated experience managing business unit budgets with full P&L accountability, supported by strong financial acumen and a deep commercial understanding of pricing, forecasting, and profi

Position Overview The Business Unit Head, Injectable Aesthetics will drive the strategy, commercial performance, and growth of the injectable aesthetics portfolio. This role leads marketing, sales, and training teams, with a focus on product and commercial strategy, cross-functional medico-marketing, and brand optimization. Responsible for revenue growth, market expansion, and team excellence, while ensuring compliance and delivering measurable business impact. This posting is for an active, open position based at Galderma Toronto Office with three days required on site. The role reports to the Country Manager, Canada with an annual base salary range of 200,000 - 235,000 CAD.
