Guest Experience and Pool Attendants: Treasure Island Resort

Responsibilities

• Be the Heart of the Action: Deliver or oversee awesome activities and experiences for guests of all ages-think games, crafts, poolside fun, and more
• Supervise the Pool: Keep our pool areas safe, friendly, and full of good vibes
• Host with Confidence: Don't be shy-interact with guests around the park, and make every guest feel like a VIP!
• Create Lasting Memories: Help families, kids, and guests make the most of their holiday-no two days are ever the same

Requirements

• An outgoing, bubbly personality -your energy is contagious!
• Confidence working with people of all ages (kids, parents, grandparents-everyone's welcome)
• Ability to run outdoor activities and entertainment for large groups
• Cool under pressure and ready for the fast pace of peak periods
• Happy to take the spotlight-whether it's on the mic or joining in the fun
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine love of making people smile
• Working with Children's Check
• Current First Aid/CPR and 16+ for Pool Attendant roles (or willingness to obtain)
• Availability across weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
• Most importantly: You bring the personality, we'll handle the training!
