Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 6-9 years of experience.
• Demonstrated project and team management capability.
• CPA, CFA, ASA, ABV, or progress toward credential.
• Experience in valuation or complex transaction accounting.

Job Responsibilities Oversees multiple transaction accounting or valuation engagements simultaneously. Manages engagement teams and reviews financial models and technical reports. Interfaces with client management to gather information and discuss findings. Applies strong financial modeling and accounting judgment. Supports development and coaching of junior professionals.
