About the role
We are a boutique corporate finance advisory firm with a strong presence in Singapore and a global network spanning Asia, Europe, and the Americas. We specialise in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and capital raising for mid-market and emerging growth companies. Our team operates with an entrepreneur's mindset-agile, results-driven, and relationship-focused. We do not just advise; we execute. We are looking for high-calibre professionals who want to operate at the forefront of global deal-making without the bureaucracy of a traditional investment bank. This is a pure full-commission role for elite dealmakers who thrive on origination and closure. You will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing M&A transactions across multiple geographies and sectors. This is not a salaried position-it is a partnership track for rainmakers. Your earning potential is directly tied to your ability to originate and close deals. Our top advisors consistently earn between SGD 50,000 and SGD 200,000 monthly, with no cap on upside. Successful advisors have the potential to earn well over SGD 2 million annually.
Responsibilities
- Originate and source global M&A mandates, including buy-side and sell-side transactions, cross-border acquisitions, and strategic divestitures.
- Identify and engage target companies, business owners, and corporate decision-makers through direct outreach, networking, and referral channels.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of proprietary deal opportunities across key markets, with a focus on Asia-Pacific and cross-border corridors.
- Conduct preliminary financial analysis, valuation assessments, and deal structuring in collaboration with internal execution teams.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitch materials, teasers, and information memoranda to prospective sellers and buyers.
- Lead negotiations and manage the end-to-end transaction process, from letter of intent to signing and closing.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, family offices, and intermediaries to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Stay abreast of market trends, sector developments, and regulatory changes affecting cross-border M&A activity.
- The Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record in M&A advisory, investment banking, corporate development, or private equity, with demonstrable experience in originating and closing cross-border transactions.
- Established network of corporate clients, business owners, private equity sponsors, and deal intermediaries across relevant geographies is highly preferred.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to understand complex deal structures, valuation methodologies, and due diligence processes.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and resilient. Comfortable operating in a high-stakes, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage, particularly in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, or other regional languages, to facilitate cross-border engagements.
- Must be based in Singapore and hold valid work documentation.
