This position involves duties relating to drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to support advanced semiconductor fabrication facilities across multiple sites, with a focus on vendor/supplier and procurement contracts. In your position as Legal Counsel, you'll work alongside a talented team of attorneys and paralegals to support the transactional work at Samsung Austin Semiconductor. Role and Responsibilities Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to support advanced semiconductor fabrication facilities across multiple sites, with a focus on vendor/supplier and procurement contracts, such as EPC contracts, equipment and materials supply contracts, services contracts, and confidentiality agreements. Directly advise management and internal clients on legal risks presented in transactional matters throughout the contract lifecycle. Manage routine legal processes, such as task tracking, reporting, and working with paralegal staff. Keep updated on, and provide internal client education about, legal changes impacting semiconductor fabrication facilities and related contracts. Continuously improve legal operations, including work processes, forms, software systems, policies, and guidebooks. Establish cross-functional relationships to solve problems that impact many company stakeholders.
