Proven ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and align stakeholders with competing priorities (e.g., balancing the demands of IT, Business, and Compliance/Legal); Strong negotiation skills to secure necessary resources, manage scope creep, and reach consensus without compromising project integrity or regulatory standards. Comfortable operating in an environment of ambiguity, particularly when navigating shifting market conditions or sudden regulatory changes. Active certification in standard project management frameworks (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA Level B/C) and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe). Business fluent in both German and English language skills. Comfortable working with AI tools, thinking critically about AI outputs, and contributing to a culture of responsible AI use.
