The Impact You'll Make in this Role The APAC FP&A Manager is responsible for leading regional financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis across APAC. This role serves as the central reporting and analytics hub for the region, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to support decision-making. In addition, the role provides day-to-day finance support to the China business and acts as a key liaison between local teams and regional/global finance.You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: 1. Regional FP&A & Reporting Lead APAC monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages. Consolidate country submissions and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Deliver variance analysis vs. Plan, Forecast, and Prior Year with clear business drivers. Drive continuous improvement in reporting automation, standardization, and dashboards. 2. Planning & Forecasting Coordinate annual operating plan, forecasts, and long-range planning across APAC. Partner with country business leaders to validate assumptions. Monitor risks and opportunities and proactively highlight financial impacts. 3. Business Partnering Support APAC business stakeholders with financial insights and scenario modelling. Provide analytics to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and investments. 4. China Finance Support Provide daily finance guidance to China commercial and operations teams. Support local financial analysis, profitability tracking, and performance reviews. Coordinate with local accounting and shared services teams when needed. Ensure alignment between China reporting and regional standards. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 8 to 10+ years of progressive finance experience (FP&A preferred). Regional or multinational company experience strongly preferred. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills. Advanced Excel, Power Bi and reporting system experience (e.g., OneStream, SAP). Fluent in English and Mandarin. Core Competencies Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Excellent storytelling with financial data. High attention to detail and accuracy.
