Your Role Develop and Execute Sales Plans - Identify new opportunities and expand existing relationships within a defined set of Commercial accounts. - Drive strategic account planning and territory development to exceed growth targets. Drive Strategic Conversations - Engage with business and IT stakeholders to uncover integration and AI challenges. - Demonstrate how MuleSoft and Informatica can accelerate AI initiatives and create measurable business value. Manage Complex Sales Cycles - Lead end-to-end sales processes from initial discovery through to close, working with multiple stakeholders across technical and business teams. - Maintain accurate forecasting and a healthy, well-qualified pipeline. Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Partner with Salesforce account teams, solution engineers, customer success, and ecosystem partners to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. - Work in a fast-paced environment to coordinate resources and drive success.

Requirements

  • Experience: +5 years in software or technology sales, preferably in SaaS or platform solutions.
  • Value-Based Selling: Proven success in solution selling and influencing senior-level decision-makers.
  • Complex Deal Management: Strong track record of managing multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales.
  • Strong Communicator: Clear and confident in presenting value propositions to both technical and business audiences.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work across internal and partner teams.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Finnish and English.
  • Preferred Experience
  • Experience selling integration, automation, AI, API management, MDM and/or Software solutions.
  • Understanding of modern IT environments, including cloud, hybrid, and on-premise architectures.
  • Passion for helping customers transform with connected experiences and data-driven insights.
