OR BALTIMORE POSITION SUMMARY The Cluster Director of Learning and Development is responsible for delivering, designing, and implementing Learning and Training initiatives that drive performance to extraordinary levels based on the Montage and Pendry Vision, Mission, and Values. Cluster Director of Learning will create a professional and inspiring Learning culture engaging Associates and leaders to communicate and collaborate providing memorable guest experiences. Perfecting the basics, delivering exceptional service and creating Wow's ensuring Montage and Pendry are the resorts | hotels of choice. Create and deliver Leadership Development programs to grow talent, motivate leaders, develop meaningful relationships, and support a talent-based organization through trust and accountability. Support and build rapport with property Leadership teams through business acumen and creative problem solving to drive the properties business performance, desired outcomes and expected results.
