Drive technical decision-making and direction - authoring design documents, architecture decision records (ADRs), and leading technical discussions that communicate trade-offs clearly and move the team forward with confidence. Mentor and elevate the 4 other engineers on the team, providing hands-on guidance, code review feedback, and career development support. Help the team grow not just in output, but in capability.
