Responsibilities

- Product Planning & Launch: Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to ensure operational readiness for new brokerage product launches and feature rollouts.
- Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks, leverage data to propose solutions, and continuously improve our internal trading infrastructure and documentation.
- What you bring:
- Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience (or highly relevant, extended internships) in brokerage operations, trading, middle office, or execution management within a financial institution or fintech.
- Keen Interest in Markets & Data: A strong, demonstrable passion for financial markets, trading dynamics, and data analysis.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. You are comfortable diving into complex data to troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience working with trading platforms, market data tools (like Bloomberg), and order management systems. Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or Python) is a strong plus.
- Communication: Fluency in English is required; German is a strong plus.
