Junior Operations Executive

About the role

We are a Radio Accounting Authority (RAA) providing communications billing services to the maritime industry. Position: Junior Operations Executive We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our Operations team. No prior experience is required as training will be provided.

Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline
• Basic computer literacy
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Job Responsibilities
• Attend to queries from customers and satellite service providers
• Process and action customer requests
• Process monthly billing information received from satellite service providers
• Handle activation and deactivation requests for Inmarsat-C terminals
• Maintain accurate operational and billing records
• Support daily operational activities as assigned
• Following up with customers on payments
• Salary
• $2,500 - $3,000
