About the role
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Executive Leadership Team. You'll manage day-to-day operations for ~8 executives, including scheduling, travel, and expenses, while also providing backup support to the CEO's office. - What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in executive or administrative support
- Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders (ideally 4+ at once)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with tools like Outlook and expense systems (e.g., Concur)
