Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition Head / members to develop and implement recruitment strategies for Japan
- Work together with key stakeholders and people partners to understand and deliver on talent acquisition needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process across business groups, and provide talent acquisition solutions to fulfill business needs in a highly efficient and effective manner
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pools for key areas in alignment with hiring needs.
- Execute highly effective interviews and selection leveraging various selection tools and improve the quality of hires through a strong and thorough interview process.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of robust recruitment and selection processes, tools, and reporting, and ensure recruiting process compliance
- Develop and lead recruitment marketing, Employer Branding campaigns, and Campus Programs to align with local practices
- Critically evaluating recruiting data and metrics to derive insights and make informed decisions in recruitment strategy and plan to drive operation model and process efficiency, innovation, and quality
- Partner with the HRBP team to support the onboarding offboarding process of local employees in Japan
- Support Japan people projects related to retention, engagement, performance management, and our Third Bridge culture
Requirements
- 5 years plus of experience in successfully managing the recruiting process in a fast-paced/precise environment is desired
- Exposure to full-lifecycle recruiting includes req consultation, direct sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer negotiations, closing, and candidate relationship management.
- Develop and Maintain effective relationships with agency partners
- Strong sourcing capabilities and experience in both agency and corporate environments preferred
- Native in Japanese, fluent or business-level English
- You'll need to take pride in everything you do, sourcing, selecting, and assessing top talent for your business.
- Of course, you'll also need excellent communication and presentation skills to position yourself as a subject matter expert while being open to receiving feedback, which will help us continue to improve and evolve as a talent acquisition team.
